“INSIDE DOOR OPENING SYSTEM”
Project Type: Closed Invitation.
Restrictions: Ensuring that operators cannot open the cargo door without permission, and the lack of cellular signal in several locations.
Background: ULD transports cargo in air containers and requires that operators do not have access to the cargo until they reach the unloading location.
Solution: We developed a device that, through receiving a Bluetooth code via a cellphone, activates the cargo unit’s doors and allows them to be opened.
Results: We successfully achieved the client’s objective with this project.
