Restrictions: An app that is easy to use and intuitive for operators, data and photo buffering.
Background: Delivery company with a fleet of owned and outsourced vehicles, working with some of the largest courier companies in the country (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, ESTAFETA, REDPACK, and TRES GUERRAS).
They were looking to generate photographic evidence of deliveries and have centralized control on a single platform, as the existing options were inefficient.
Solution: We developed an app that displays the position of the delivery vehicle in real-time, captures photographs of deliveries and signed documents, and sends them to our platform to generate an executive document that serves as evidence for each delivery.
Results: We gained control over all their trips and deliveries. We managed to accelerate payment collection by 3 weeks with their clients using this new workflow. After making the delivery, they send the invoice with digital evidence, allowing them to receive payment in advance. We developed additional solutions around this platform, improving their processes and providing them with a competitive advantage in the market, which has generated significant benefits for them.
